Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@kozitech.ca. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
