Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Kozitech is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number.
